I remember that i played this game around a year ago last time. I very enjoyed playing on Tunneler’s Abyss role play server. I think i should return here for a couple of weeks during adhd phase.

I had the same issue years ago when i still used windows 10 on old pc. But, unlike in your case, where buzz was coming out of case, for me, it was also caused by the mouse movement, but the buzz was coming out of speakers, so turning off speakers, muted the buzz. I dont know what exactly, but it was propably something with windows assuming mouse movement being an aux input. It was never a problem since i switched to linux.

Skipping vulkan shader compilation in steam will instead make shaders compile at runtime when game is running. You usually will not notice any issues, but if the game is grafically intensive and it suddenly has to load shaders which was not yet compiled, you will see the lags or stutters when they first appear. Also, depending on the hardware, game performace may be reduced while shaders are being compiled.
